Something Perfect
What with my post of last week on crappy academic writing about Canadian airlines and then the brief AC flight attendant strike, I have been thinking and reading about airlines a lot of late. In fact, I have not flown in a long time, largely due to my diminishing willingness to be treated like firewood.
Then I came across a reader comment on an article on the AC strike in the Globe that struck me as perfect. It may not be original, but it is spot-on, in my (admittedly past) experience:
The Air Canada flight attendants’ motto:
‘We’re not happy until you’re not happy.’
